We invite you to run or walk with us on Sunday, September 30, 2018 for the CIBC Run for the Cure in Vancouver. Whether it's your first time, or you've participated for years, we look forward to having you join the movement! Help make this year's event inspirational and memorable, all while you help the Canadian Cancer Society create a future without breast cancer.

City streets will be open so that thousands of riders can experience Vancouver’s most iconic roadways after dark. Deck out your bike in lights and spread good cycling vibes with over 5000 other riders of all ages on this 10 kilometre slow roll. 

In addition to a fully permitted night ride on city streets, participants will be invited to the pre-party starting at 6 pm with live music, free body art, bike decorating and mechanic services, and other giveaways.

In 2017, VIFF screened more than 340 films from 69 countries. Audiences were treated to fiction, documentary and genre-defying films that entertained, informed and inspired, leaving viewers in awe of creators from around the world and the filmmaking talent that exists here in Canada.  VIFF continued to expand the frame by presenting an expansive Films+ program giving filmmakers, musicians and audiences a chance to be inspired by some of the world's leading creators. We can't wait to see what 2018 has in store!
